Thinking of bringing a digestif to my first book club meeting on Thursday rather than wine -- I'm not a wine person and making cocktails would be far too laborious, especially since we want to focus on gabbing about said book.
My only real experience with digestifs (not including cognac) has been dry sherry. I don't want to spend too much money (mucho dinero being spent for upcoming Memorial Day Party) and I don't want to get something that because of being way too intense will go untouched.
Pimms is out. I'm allergic to something in gin, possibly juniper. Or it could be quinine. Either way...
