Using Mike Colameco's guide, we chose this restaurant on Eighth Avenue near Jane St, hosting a dinner for one of my banker wife's food industry clients. The entire evening was very nearly a reproduction of Mike's thoughtful and detailed review. With several bottles of wine and some after dinner drinks the bill with tip came to around $125 per head, worth every penny. The only caution is the noise level; since you basically eat in the bar area and are bracketed by the busy kitchen, the place is not conducive to quiet conversation.
