Met a friend for lunch, corner of 10th and Vine, on the edge of Chinatown (parking nearby).
The atmosphere is lovely, with pink tableclothes, flowers, nice china. Not crowded; quiet, attentive service.
Hot and sour soup was unusual--lighter colored, very carrotty, other good things in it--not too sour, not too hot. Just right.
Mixed seafood, tofu and vegetables was a winner. Shrimp, scallops, crisp veggies, brown rice. My friend loved her chicken dish with string beans, cashews and other nice veggies.
Large portions: $5.95 for platter and soup. Even the spring rolls that we shared ($2.50) were way above the usual in quality and crispness.
This would be a good place to arrange a lunch or dinner for a large group.
