Good Evening- I just discovered your site and I have learned so much already. We are putting together a certified farmer's market in Bonsall (debut 9/7). We have some amazing growers and vendors registered, as well as chefs (cooking demonstrations). The one thing we are missing is someone(s) that makes delicious homemade pastas and sauces. Can anyone out their point me in the right direction? We don't have the variety up here that the rest of the county has.
We are also considering two bread people for one spot. The one company is well known and does all of the great markets. Any input on bread would also be appreciated.
