Stopped by Rubicon a couple nights ago for DAT. Their menu states that they plan to change the DAT selections each week of the promotion.
The choices this week were:
Appetizer: squash soup or aragula salad with croutons
Entrees: Nut-crusted Halibut or Duck Confit or a Vegetarian dish
Dessert: creme brulee or a chocolate/ice cream concoction
They were offering some fresh oysters on the half shell so my group had a dozen of them to start ($2.50 each).
It was my first time at Rubicon and everything was excellent: food, service, atmosphere, wine list, etc.
Perhaps my only complaint would be that the entree portions are small (especially the side dishes like only 2 slices of potato). However, I would definitely come back for another dinner.
