I am visiting SF area this week. I narrowed down the choice into these restaurants. I knew they are in the outside of the city except Great Eastern. our family (part of 4) will dine at dinner. Probably, they are all Cantonese.
What I am looking for:
1. freshest seafood (especially, crab, shellfish,..) with excellent sauce (like Salt & pepper, garlic & scalion, etc),
2. solid noodles (chow fun) & (noodle) soup
3. Not too greasy, nor too oily. well balanced between fresh taste of seafood and sauce.
4. Not upscale price (that's why I exclude Koi Palace). I knew seafood is expensive, though. It would be great if there is a good deal with family dinner.
Please advise me given the preferences (unfortantely, I have only one day). I want to have an unforgettable memory to taste chinese seafood at SF. Thanks for your opinion in advance.
