We purchase an 1/8th of an organic cow this fall. It came with 4 huge roasts (next year definitely ask for them to be cut in half).
I don't know what to do with them, which are for pot roast, which would work for oven or bbq, slow cooker?
here they are....
you would think that growing up in beef country I would know this!!
