A very curious dessert

Yesterday I had the most bizarre dessert ever (it was good). It was a Japanese dessert from Minamoto Kitchoan; basically, cold, gelatinous green-tea noodles in a brown sugar sauce. It comes in a package that looks like a garlic press; you have to push the gelatin through the holes to make the noodles. I think it's called Matcha Kuzukiri if anyone's curious to try it.
