My family gave this place a couple of chances in the 3 weeks it has been open. We tried an assortment of cupckaes the first time. The cupcakes were so incredibly dry. Although it was heavily frosted, it didn't redeem how dry they were.
I tried a second time with a 7 inch Chocolate Cake (for $20 I mnight add). Same issue, really dry.
I really love these homey type of bakeries as a change to the Italian or Scaninavian styles we usually find in Bay Ridge. I wanted this place to be good, but I can't say it is.
It's wasn't cheap either. I think Bay Ridgites can usually sniff out he real deal when it comes to food. The place is adorable with carrera marble counters and painted white trim, but if they can't deliver the goods, they won't survive (at lease they shouldn't)
