Open two weeks, from the folks that own Zafra. It's high-end Latino, very good but also very expensive. ($18-$22 entrees, apps running $8-$12)
They didn't stretch too far from Zafra's menu, everything on could easlily have been served at Zafra. They're sorta tapas oriented. We had an tamale, an empanada, skewered shrimp -- wonderfully seasoned, but at $12 it came out to $2 per shrimp! Then we split an entree, a great roast chicken in some sort of mango. Very pretty space. It was an older, not-hip crowd.
There was no fresh fish entree, which I thought was odd. Didn't try the ceviche. Cute space and a nice bar. I'll be back, but not very often.
