Cru had been on the radar for us since it opened, but just never made it. Went for my birthday this past weekend and thoroughly enjoyed. Between DW and I we tried the fluke crudo, orchiette with homemade sausage, loup de mer, and braised lamb shank. All were great, especially the lamb shank. Delicious and in this economy, Fred Flinstone sized!
For dessert the valrhona chocolate and apple strudel. They had forgotten the candle so brought yet another comped dessert to make up for it.
Don't remember the exact wine, but the list is encyclopedic and sommelier very helpful without trying to upsell you.
Service was fantastic and just a pretty pretty room.
I'd highly recommend.
