Was having a discussion with a coworker today and it occurred to me that I haven't had croquembouche since La Baguette et l'Echalote shut down on Granville Island, and probably for quite a while before that.

Does anyone have any recommendations on the best bakery to obtain a small portion of this delicious treat? Those mini-pyramids of 4 balls they had at La Baguette were just perfect.

Please note that just a cream puff won't do, it has to have the crackly caramel on top...
