Specifically, crayfish boil. There used to be a place downtown called louisiana community kitchen, which, I believe occupied the same space that Paul Prudhomme once used. Anyway, when crayfish were in season, the restaurant served an incendiary and delicious crayfish boil. I've been away for awhile, and found out last night that the restaurant is gone. Does anyone know where I can dig into a pile of boiled crayfish?
