When we were in Louisiana we went to a crawfish boil The little shellfish were boiled in a special stock, and you ate them by grabbing their tails and straining out the meat through your teeth. Delicious! Do you know of anywhere around Toronto that serves crawfish Cajun-style, or where you can get crawfish and the ingredients for the stock? I hope so.
