Im looking for a nice chart on cooking times for a low country boil, so if anyone has a link to one or knows a good source for one I would appreciate it. The more information this chart has the better, ie. sizes of potatoes, sizes of shrimp, cooking time of crawfish etc... Things I would consider throwing into this delicious pot include, but are not limited to, shrimp, corn, sausage, potatoes, crawfish, clams, mussels, lobster, crab, pretty much anything that would possibly taste good. Any help is appreciated.
