The previous owners of our home remodeled the kitchen and put in a gas cooktop and an Advantium oven. I am still trying to get used to using the Advantium oven, and miss not having a conventional oven. I'd like to get a countertop oven that I can use for low, slow roasting, and baking, etc.
I have done some research and found the Waring Pro Convection oven and the Cadco Convection oven. Reviews have been positive on both, with some unhappiness regarding the Waring. I don't know if the Cadco can be used in just a Bake mode, w/o the convection fan going?
Does anyone have either of these ovens, and how do you like them? Can the Cadco be used w/o the convection? Are there any other options out there for me?
