Cornmeal crust pizza?

When I lived in the Bay Area (CA), there were a few pizza places that specialized in cornmeal crust pizza. This is NOT regular crust with a dusting of cornmeal on the bottom. It is made almost entirely from cornmeal with a little regular flour (I think) and a lot of olive oil. (just in case anyone is thinking "polenta" - it's nothing like that.)

I have yet to find anyplace in Boston (where I live) that has cornmeal crust pizza, but I'm hoping and expecting that New York City will surely have it somewhere. Please advise!

FYI - the two places with great cornmeal crust pizza in the Bay Area are Mozzarella diBufalo (San Francisco)and Pizza Rustica (berkeley).
