I'm having a pre-pub crawl party Saturday afternoon and would like to serve some corned beef, boiled potatoes and cabbage.
I'll most likely make the potatoes and cabbage at home, not too hard to steam and boil. But I need recommendations on some good corned beef.
I know of Harringtons and Winstons on the SS, but I'm a Wrigleyvillian and don't want to make the trek that far and have the corned beef cool and toughen.
As far as the NS, I'm familiar with Kaufmann's as being pretty damn good. Will they, essentially, cater enough corned beef for 10 - 15 people?
Any other suggestions?
