I just purchased a new GE Profile dual fuel range wth convection.
The manual says that when using convection bake, the TEMP converts automatically (you enter in the temp from the recipe and the range automaticaly adjusts it down) but it says the TIME does not convert.
So my question is: do I need to adjust the time? If so, how much?
I'd like to bake both cookies (supposed to be 8-10 minutes in a regular oven) as well as bread (1 hour 10 minutes) tomorrow and I have no idea if and how to adjust the times.
