I used to buy 5lb boxes of frozen Conch at a little Haitian Market on Atlantic Blvd in Pompano. Around 1990 this was appx $4 a pound!!! I believe it came from Turks and Caicos.

Anyone know good sources for conch meat at "reasonable" prices (whatever that means these days)...
Also, I am looking for some TODAY (Sunday). Anyone know of anywhere I can get some - reasonable $ or not?
PS: The Boys and other places have canned Conch - but I think that is actually scungilli (Northern conch). I'm looking for Bahamian style... and preferabally not canned of course!
