Good clamchowder is a godsend. While purchasing some Ahi Tuna at Santa Monica Seafoood yesterday, a little old lady in front of me ordered some clamchowder, which I have never noticed as an item there before. On a small board in the back corner of the store is the clamchowder menu. Red and White, $8 per quart. OMFG, it was BY FAR the best white chowder hat I have ever had in LA/Malibu/Redondo/LBC. I cant wait to go back to try the red. I heard they have a restaurant open in SM. Anybody been there yet?
