Anyone used The Culinary Institute of America's Gourmet Meals in Minutes cookbook? It's a nice looking book with a bunch of intriguing recipes. Almost all of the recipes are designed to serve 8 which is more than I usually need for home cooked meals, but I hope you can easily halve the recipes where needed. Most are estimated to take between 30 and 45 minutes. Is it worth it at $40 retail - $25.30 on Amazon.com? Any recipes in particular worth making or to be avoided or tweaked?
