Mr Chows Dan-Dan noodles

Fake Name | Feb 16, 2010 03:41 PM

Before it was Dumpling Inn, it was Mr Chows (there was WooCheeChong in the same center), and Mr Chows had an exceptional DanDan noodle dish. It used the sesame paste (or peanut) and had chicken or pork as well, along with the little cucumber matchsticks, etc. Way too rich and powerful for a single diner, but i ate it regardless.

At Dumpling Inn they serve something like it called DanDan, but it's pretty far off from the original.

a) Does anybody remember Mr Chows?
b) Is there any place that serves similar DanDan noodles?
c) Is there a place you go for Dan Dan that I might try to see if it's as good as I remember?

Thank you.
