I am making a choucroute garnie Saturday night.
I visited Schaller and Weber today and purchased double smoked bacon, smoked pork chops and some smoked wurst thingys.
I am looking for strasborg sausages
and a source for fresh barrel sauerkraut open on Saturday.
And whatever else I am missing...help!
