Have meant to try Chosun many times but always seem to end up somewhere else instead -- Soot Bull Jeep, Sa Rit, Dan Sung Sah.
Finally going to check it out with some friends this weekend and one in the party is not a fan of the current "deep winter freeze" as she likes to call it. (I believe she was raised on the sun.)
To that effect, does anyone know if it will be uncomfortably cold sitting out on the patio right now? Or is the restaurant essentially all patio?
And to keep this post chowcentric, is Chosun a good place to try the delicious carpaccio-type raw meat dish Yuk Hwea?
