Food Network Magazine had a recipe for Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Bacon Cookies in their June issue and I gave them a try. The amount of bacon and chipotle powder didn't quite do anything as far as the FLAVOR of the cookies was concerned, but the cookie dough base was good, so the next time I make them, I will:
1) Double the bacon, and use applewood smoked bacon
2) Increase the bacon fat:butter ratio
3) Increase the chipotle powder from a pinch to 1/8-1/4 teaspoon
4) POSSIBLY add liquid smoke
