Chiu's Sushi in Baltimore - great review

I've now been to the new Chiu's Sushi for lunch twice in two weeks. I love it. It's sooooo good.

Everything on their lunch menu is between $5 and $10 and comes with yummy miso soup, a salad with this really nice orangey dressing and sticky rice dusted with sesame seeds.

The sushi might very well be best I've had in Baltimore so far. It's so fresh it absolutely melts. Plus, they have a take-out menu, which rocks for days when I can't stick around and eat.

Anyways, so far I've had two of their lunch combo boxes. The first time I had the tuna roll and chicken teryaki combo. The second time I had the california roll and shrimp tempura combo. Both of them totally blew me away.

And even more impressive was the bill. It was a ton of food and it only cost $7.95. I haven't been to Cafe Asia (now Red Sage) since it changed names, but the same thing over there proabably would have run me close to $20.

But the one thing you absolutely have to try is the spicy fish salad. Man, I'm getting hungry again just thinking about it. If anybody's been for dinner yet, let me know how it was.

Oh, and if you want to go it's a few doors down from the Whole Foods in Inner Harbor East on S. Exeter St (between Fleet and Aliceanna). Enjoy!
