Chipotle -- and it's about the food

I think I have read everything on the board thus far about Chipotle, and if I missed a post that addresses what I’m about to say, I know you'll let me know, but: it's amazing to me that no one has written about the fact that the pork in their carnitas is Niman Ranch, and the chicken is Bell & Evans, and they post a note on their menu that says all the meat they use (which obviously must include their beef) is vegetarian-fed, antibiotic free and something else that I don't remember right now. You can debate the issues of a chain restaurant till the cows come home, but I think they deserve some appreciation for the fact that they are using WAY higher quality ingredients than any other taco/burrito joint you’re eating from, and I don't think their prices are any the higher for it. McDonald’s owned or not, they are setting a very good example for quality fast-food.
