Can anyone point me in the direction of a Chinese cooking school in San Francisco, either with programs or one or two day courses in chinese cooking? I am not interested in being dragged around Chinese markets and shown what roast pork and soy sauce look like (I already do that with nieces, nephews and friends) and then brought to a demonstration kitchen to watch someone work a wok.
Rather, I would love to learn of a skilled chinese chef or home cook.
If this is not available, any private teachers that might do this?
