chinatown lunch

hi all,

i am looking for a chinese restaurant IN CHINATOWN where a group of coworkers can take my boss for a birthday lunch. my boss LOVES chinese food but is not an adventurous eater (no seafood and no vegetables except for green beans) but we have quite a few hounds on our staff. he likes the slippery chicken and spicy wonton soup at yang chow.

so, i am looking for a place that can make both the boss and the hounds happy. last time we went to plum tree and the hounds did not like it at all--too much greasy fried food and no flavor!

i read some old posts and am thinking yang chow, ocean seafood, or empress pavilian. what do the hounds recommend?

thank you, thank you in advance for your wonderful suggestions.
