China Sky Wellesley Crazy Experience

About two weeks ago I had dinner with my family at China Sky in Wellesley. The service was very off and our server forgot to bring us the hot and sour soup that we had ordered first. She came to our table with just our dinner none of the soups or appetizers we had ordered. We felt rushed and it was difficult to flag her down when we needed things. We were still charged for what we never received. It was a Sunday night and not even that busy as it was August and many people were away.
We went again last night and on the way we said I hope we get a different server. We did and what we experienced was beyond frustrating. It took a long time for a server to arrive at our table. When he did he placed a huge tray of dirty dishes beside us to take our order. I asked him about one of the cocktails listed on the menu and he said " I have no idea" . We ordered soup, three sushi rolls as they serve sushi too and our entrees. It took about 20 minutes for the soup to arrive. It was good but a very small portion. We watched a the sushi person just stood behind his area and was not even making anything. We were hungry and wondered why he was not making anything. We waited and waited and waited. Finally the sushi rolls were up on the counter waiting to be delivered but no one delivered them to us.
after 45 minutes our entrees came and we said you did not bring us our drinks, sushi and now you are bringing us our entrees. We do not want the hot and cold food together. We were hoping for it earlier.

The waiter started to argue with us when we told him it's not how we had planned for everything to arrive late and that the sushi had been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes before it was delivered.
He got more upset and said " i will buy this for you meaning out of his own money and not the restaurant comping it. We told him that we did not expect for him to pay for it and that it made us uncomfortable and we would like to speak to a manager. He told us he would be fired and he was very afraid of the consequences. We were shocked and saddened by this. He was fearful. He brought the sushi over to a table of women who were managing the place and lots of yelling happened. He came back and said that he would have to pay for it. We told him that was wrong and he told us to be quiet and that it was his problem. He was the only waiter in the entire restaurant. It was obvious there was only one cook too. Three women who did nothing to help or come by. I can no longer frequent a place that puts such little regard for their customers or their employees. In this day and age employees should not feel threatened by their bosses and have have to pay for their customers meals because they do not have enough staff on.
