China Gourmet's New Sichuan Menu

As many already know, Chef Zhang (late of China Star and TemptAsian) is about to start at China Gourmet, at 9901 Lee Highway in Fairfax, right near Fairfax High School and Cho's Korean Garden restaurant. While the official start date is not until Tuesday (March 14), he has prepared the menu and a copy was made available to me in very hard to read Chinese handwriting. Here for your use is my rather poor translation. I plan to go there tonight and check it out.

Appetizers (prepared by Zhang's wife):

1. Smoked Sesame Chicken (yan xun xiang you ji), $6.50
2. Husband-and-Wife Lung Slices ?? (fu qi fei pian), $6.50
