Chez Piggy:Latest Report.

Here is the latest report on Chez Piggy. I spent a week-end with some relatives (who drove all the way from Cherry Hill NJ,to Toronto, and then drove to Kingston for a week-end holiday) Stayed at Howard Johnson Hotel. Went out also to "Stoney's"(waterfront) On Ontario Street:very good pizza! I had tomato + cheese-it was simply prepared, but very fine. Had lunch at Chez Piggy twice:first time half a roast beef (rare) sandwitch:+coffee:roast beef on sourdough roll was as good as ever.. the coleslaw salad was as good as any I have had at any place.. white horseradish splendid. Only way the roast beef could have been better,to have had it as Prime Rib,at "The Pub" in Cherry Hill,NJ. The other time I had lunch(Saturday afternoon) had pasta:with pine nuts tomatoes, capers(could have done without the capers) pesto sauce. It was good. The dinner was something to remember with great pleasure. I had "Atlantic Salmon",with spinach, and other salad greens, baked potato chips, the salmon came with a very lovely(but hot!) sauce. Dessert was (as always) wonderful. Also:Goat cheese +Potato salad. Chez Piggy still is going strong. Now on to Sebastions in London,Ont.
