Returned to Chelseas Kitchen for the third time to find Scallops on the menu.
Having enjoyed the scallopp special ona previous visit, I sipped my glass of wine in anticipation of this delight.
About twenty minutes passed, and the friendly server returned to advise that they were "out of" the Veggie Burger which my wife had ordered.
She settled on a vegetable plate, which was delivered with the scallops about ten minutes later.
The veggies were good, but my much antcipated scallpos were GELATANEOUS and TASTELESS.
I'm not sure if the problem with the scallops was that they sat under the warmer, but I beleive they were the type of scallop, treated with sodium trypolyphosphate which can be found in restaurants of a lesser reputation than Chelseas.
We shall not return to an establishment that offers such inattentive service and/or tries to cheat on ingredients.
