We have finally arrived in your beautiful city and are very looking forward to the good eats. We have, however, another question: What do you think about the James Beard Event 'Chefs for Louisiana Cookery' on Sunday (tomorrow) afternoon?
We are thinking about going but haven't decided. We are torn between the price ($100 general admission) and whether or not we'll get anything to eat, and the gathering of all the who's who in the restaurant business.
Any thoughts? Any insights?
