I bought it at Sur La Table last weekend basically on a whim - and now I'm in love! I've been baking and cooking for over twenty years, and rarely do I come across a utensil or tool that I find is better than the old standby. My Microplane is really the only other one that springs to mind. But I may never use another spatula again! I want to scrape everything now, whether it needs it or not. I actually transfered some salad dressing between three different containers the other night just because it was so fun. You can catch every last little runnel of liquid with this thing - it's an incredible feat of culinary engineering!
Am I strange to have this obsession? And am I the only one?
