Chef changes at Imperial Wok -- what to do??

We've been regulars at Imperial Wok in North White Plains since it opened about ten years ago. We used to love the fish filet with pickled cabbage soup, the dishes with fresh basil, the regional dishes, etc. They've lost their chef, and the food has suffered badly, mostly the Szechuan and Taiwanese specialties. We keep getting a story about a new chef but the food quality is highly uneven. Does anyone have another suggestion for excellent Chinese near White Plains? Thanks.
