Cheese appreciation

I'd be interested in attending a class or classes about cheese...similar to a wine class, with information about varieties, manufacturing methods, tasting, matching cheeses with other foods or wines, and the like...I saw a couple of possibilities in the Sur La Table class catalogue, but thought that some of you knowledgable 'hounds might have information to share...thanks.
