Che Cali Menu Translation Assistance

Thanks for the Che Cali suggestion. The sandwiches are delicious and the price is outstanding.

I want to go back with a little more ordering savvy.
I was only offered a choice of 3 sandwich types but saw considerably more on the banh mi menu board. Can anyone offer a translation?

Also, I would like to suggest Jersey Joe's in downtown HB as a good east coast sandwich spot. The meat/cheeses he uses are high quality and sliced to the appropriate thinness. The french bread is fresh and offers a good substitution for the Italian bread available on the east coast. I especially like the " Bambino". Please no mayo or mustard with these! Some of the deli sandwiches are also good and recommend the liverwurst on rye. Prices are much higher than Che Cali though.
