Going to Charleston with the in-laws in August. I'm in a pleasant rut w/ McCrady's, Garlibaldi's, Fish, Il Cortile de Re as my favorites.
I'm thinking about looking for something a little more casual for a couple of nights. I think the in-laws are a little indimidated by fine dining so why waste the cash?
A friend of my husband reccommended the Wreck. I know it's been discussed here, but I can't seem to find anything. I keep meaning to go to Bowen's ISland, but I'm afraid of oysters this time of year.
I'd like to go downscale in price and attire without the food itself becoming too casual. Is that clear as mud? Thanks.
