Charcutterie vs City Sub!

So here we have the two cop deli's near Flatbush. In one corner, Charcuttie, a favorite among the men in blue and to prove it they have the arm patches on the wall behind the counter. Very good pastrami, excellent chicken cutlet heros, but what else is there? In the other corner, City Sub. A menagerie of meats, arranged by combination number, very easy to order. Fast service? But they micrwave the chicken cutlet and pastrami. Hmmm. Otherwise good selection of condiments. Is it clean? Is Charcutterie clean? Why do they sell imported cheeses and fancy beers? Are these the new vices of flatfoots everywhere or only in upscale Park Slope? Would any person really buy a Lambic at Charcutterie? A Lambic and a pastrami sandwich? Huh? You can sit down in there and watch the pig parade. Back to City Sub...has the quality gone down recently? It was sold a year or two ago. Must you call your orderin ahead or does it really not matter since they won't make it until you get there. What's up?
