Charcuterie

Indirect Heat | Aug 14, 2011 03:20 PM

What's the best source for charcuterie in the Boston-area? I'm willing to travel a bit to get it. I went to Savenor's, and the fermented salami that I got there was quite good, but the selection wasn't incredible.

Are there any local producers of cured meat?

Thanks in advance.

Edited to clarify: I'm looking for suppliers, not restaurants.
