Chango brunch question

I am looking for a good all-you-can-drink brunch option, preferably somewhere in the Chelsea/Flatiron/Village/W. Village vicinity. I found some posts on this board about it, and Chango brunch sounds like it fits the bill. However, I can only see that you get unlimited "bloody marias," not necessarily bloody marys.

What are bloody marias? Are they made with tequila? If so, does anyone know if you can sub in a regular old gringo-style Bloody Mary with vodka and still get the deal? I have a friend coming in from out of town and I want to show her a good time - but I don't know if I can cope with Mr. Cuervo that early in the day. Wimpy, I know.

So if anyone has an answer to that or a recommendation for another place that fits the bill, please let me know. Thanks!
