Cetrella's 11/8 & 11/8 White Truffle dinner menu

Some of you mentioned you might be interested in this $185 dinner if you knew what the menu is. While it's not on the website, they sent out an email of the menu if you signed up for the email list. White truffles will be shaved at the table by the chef. Here's the menu with wines from Piedmont, Italy.
