I am coming to Philly this weekend for a conference. Unfortunately most of the meals are included in the conference and I will not be able to partake of the city's great restaurants. I have managed to take an earlier train to make time for a pilgrimage to Capogiro though ;) Before heading home on Sunday I hope to squeeze in a lunch or brunch in a convenient place near my hotel.
So far I've not turned up many possibilities for a Sunday midday meal downtown other than the brunch at LaCroix, Astral Plane, and Le Jardin. I am willing to La Croix if you all think it's worth it though I have issues with buffets. The oyster menu looks tempting though. I found mediocre reviews here for Astral Plane and nothing about le Jardin. Avoiding the usual hotel buffets are there any other options?
Should we just do LaCroix? We've been to Striped BAss already.
