Called OPUS to see if maybe we could still do a TM if we reserved in advance...started by asking why they discontinued it and was told Centeno quit. Gone. I had heard rumors that he was looking to open a place in Silverlake but thought he was still at OPUS for several more months - guess not. No new "Executive Chef" to speak of...
Anyone have buzz on his new place?
Also, has anyone been to La Defense? (also in K-town) How is their TM (price, quality, etc.)
