Casual Seattle Dining

We'll only have 1 1/2 days in Seattle Area in the middle of August. (2 lunches, one breakfast, and one dinner, and many many in between eating if necessary.)I have been researching this board for the past month to make the most of our visit. I must say that you guys have been more than generous with your comments and are very informative. BUT! I am having a real tough time narrowing down our plans. I know everyone usually has to respond to this type of request almost weekly, if not every other day but I would really appreciate any input you may have.

We will be driving down from Vancouver in the AM and plans to stop by La Connor for lunch. I haven't seen any info re: eating here. Anyone have recommendation for great food here? We need to stay with causal dining since we'd be on the road and can't really get dressed up for places. We will stay in Lynnwood for the night. Any recommendations here? Finally, I know we'd like to go to Salumni's, Matt's at Pike's place, maybe also the Market Grill, Saito for sushi. There is also LiPichet in Downtown. (Do we need reservations for dinner? There'll be three of us) Many people have recommended Kingfish for great comfort food...but I noticed the recommendations recently on this board has consistently excluded this restaurant...I am most interested in any downside to going here. I really do want to try this place out, though. Gosh, so many places to go and so little time. Thanks for any and all input...Margret
