Okay, just bought myself a 11" round cast iron grill pan. I've been using it very successfully. I bought a toothbrush-size brass bristle brush to clean any stuck on areas. Here's my question: It has always bothered me to season and wash my pan with NO SOAP! I always feel as though it's not clean. And if you wipe it out with a bit of oil and put it back on the stove...it's like leaving a pan that's not clean! How do I enjoy this wonderful grill pan without thinking I haven't cleaned it thoroughly? It sometimes skeeves me out to think I didn't use soap!
