Just got back from lunch at Casa Mono with visiting relatives - Dominican & Mexican. We had:
Bacalao Croquetas with orange aioli
Octopus with Garbanzo Beans
Manchego (2 orders)
All the dishes were really fantastic - had four desserts that were also quite good. The wine list is incredible - one of the best Spanish wine lists in the country.
It is expensive, and I've not tried other tapas places in NYC (we always go back to Casa Mono) - but the food really is excellent.
