Carne Asada

I've made it my mission to try a spate of butchers and bring home marinated, uncooked skirt steak for frying up later. I was surprised to discover that Huntington Meats at the Farmer's Market on 3rd & Fairfax (where I always buy my whole briskets) has it's own marinated carne asada, and it's terrific. Great quality of meat, excellent blending of flavors.
